Belgian Army 1960s M64 Olive Green Field Jacket
BEA1960M64OGFJ
The Belgian Army M64 field jacket was manufactured from the 1960s onwards, this example dated 1989.
It features six pockets in total — four on the torso and two rear "poacher's" pockets — a button and zipper closure, a hood secreted in the collar, drawstring waist and hem, Velcro adjustable cuffs, reinforced elbow pads, shoulder epaulettes and armpit vents, cut in a wind resistant 100% cotton canvas. A unisex design in solid olive green, with a Velcro ID strip and Belgian flag at the shoulder. The M64 ran for decades and the poacher's pockets are the giveaway.
Measured flat, it runs 44" along the chest and fits a regular medium figure with sleeve lengths of 21.5" and a collar to hem of 28 inches.
