Israeli Defense Force 1970s Green Battledress Ike Jacket — Israeli military surplus jacket, archive ref ISDF1970GBIJ

The Israeli Defense Force battledress jacket was issued during the 1970s, cut in the Ike style the Americans left behind them after the war.

It features a secreted button closure, two chest pockets, side waist adjusters, shoulder epaulettes and engraved buttons, in a wool blend in classic olive green. Tzahal kit, and scarce — the label was taken out by whoever wore it.

Measured flat, it runs 20.5" pit to pit and fits a slim medium figure with sleeve lengths of 23" and a collar to hem of 25 inches.
