East West is set to industrialise our operations with authorising a build of an open studio for our team and designers to repair and remanufacture military surplus in a value-add, circularity focused partnership. Joining forces enables us to expand our sourcing capabilities to EU and US surplus disposable markets and introduces a new methodology and approach to surplus for East West, focusing on development of products before sale and creating closed-loop distribution networks for continuous circulation of surplus, avoiding trade blocks and maintaining material flow.
