The Romanian Army M1994 winter parka was issued from the mid 1990s into the early 2000s.
It features two button chest pockets and two hip slit pockets, a button front fastening, a hook and eye storm collar, a fold out hood, drawstring and elasticated wrist cuffs, button shoulder tabs, reinforced elbow pads and belt loops, cut in a heavy duty cotton canvas over a detachable full length thermal liner. The M1994 fleck is Romania's own, and the parkas are becoming scarce.
Measured flat, it runs 41" along the chest and fits a regular medium figure with sleeve lengths of 28" and a collar to hem of 38 inches.
