The pattern is the Army's M1990 leaf taken into blue for the Ministry of the Interior — the same drawing, a different service.
Measured flat, it runs 22" pit to pit and fits a regular medium figure with sleeve lengths of 24.5" and a collar to hem of 31 inches.
