The French Army CCE pullover fleece is a 1990s piece, this example dated 2004.
It features a quarter zip collar and elasticated cuffs and collar, cut in 100% polyester and printed in CCE — Camouflage Central Europe, France's woodland. Cold weather kit worn as a base layer, and the only fleece in the archive printed rather than plain.
Measured flat, it runs 38" along the chest and fits a slim medium figure — the label suggests around 96cm — with sleeve lengths of 23" and a collar to hem of 26 inches.
