French Army 1970s Vietnam Jacket

A short cotton field jacket in faded olive drab, cut blouson-style to sit at the waist.

Full length brass front zip, a single flapped chest pocket on the right closed with a button, and a slash pocket on the left carrying a strip of loop tape for a name or unit patch. A second loop panel sits above the right chest. Buttoned epaulettes at the shoulder, a stand collar, elbow reinforcement panels, and buttoned tabs at both the cuffs and the waistband. The cotton has softened and faded unevenly, with the olive gone grey across the sleeves.
