British Tri-Services 2000s Navy Blue PTI Tracksuit Jacket

The physical training instructor's tracksuit top, in navy, issued across all three services — Royal Air Force, Army and Royal Navy — which is what tri-services means and why it carries no single cap badge.
This one keeps the badges it was issued with: a corporal's rank patch and the PTI's own. A funnel neck, a zip front, two zip pockets at the waist and one at the chest, elasticated cuffs, in a polyester and cotton blend meant to be worn hard.
Measured flat, it runs 25" pit to pit and fits a regular large — the label has worn illegible — with a 22.5" sleeve and a collar to hem of 27 inches.
