Dutch Royal Army 1990s KL Bilaminate M65 Jacket Liner — Dutch military surplus liner, archive ref NLRA1990KBM65JL

The liner that goes inside the Dutch M65 field jacket, and a bilaminate rather than a quilt — two bonded faces, tan on the outside and green within, instead of the batting most armies used for the same job. It is the lighter answer to the same problem.

It buttons into the shell rather than being worn on its own, with tabs at the cuffs that carry through to the jacket's own closure. KL is Koninklijke Landmacht, the Royal Netherlands Army, which is whose stores it came out of.
