The Dutch Army thermal pullover is a 1990s piece, this example dated 1992, and it is a "Norgie" — the Norwegian style base layer every European army ended up with a version of.
It features a roll neck with a three quarter zip and elasticated cuffs and neck, cut thick in an 80% cotton 20% polyamide blend that is soft against the skin and hard wearing over it. Neutral olive brown, worn as the first layer on.
Measured flat, it runs 40" along the chest and fits a slim medium figure with sleeve lengths of 23.5" and a collar to hem of 30 inches.
