These British Army Desert DPM trousers were issued through the 2000s and have since been dyed in Germany with one of our suppliers.

A GORETEX equivalent for the forces, these waterproof trousers featured during the Gulf Wars featuring an elasticated waist with an internal drawcord with elasticated gathered ankle cuffs. They're moisture vapour permeable and have taken the dye well showcasing an almost granite like finish. The overdye has taken the two colour desert print down to a flat charcoal — the pattern is still legible in the cloth but the sand and stone have gone, so what is left is the shape of the brushstrokes rather than their colour.
