United States Air Force 1990s Tri Colour Desert Coffee Stain Camouflage Ripstop Combat Jacket
USAF1990TCDCSCRCJ
The United States Air Force combat jacket is a 1990s BDU, this example dated 1997 and printed in the Tri-Colour Desert — the "coffee stain", named for exactly what it looks like.
It features two large chest pockets and two large hip pockets, a button closure, button adjustable cuffs and reinforced elbows, cut in a durable cotton and nylon ripstop. Airman Moore wore it: the name tape, the U.S. Air Force ID, an airman first class rank patch, Air Combat Command and Security Forces are all still on it, and it went to the Iraq War.
Measured flat, it runs 43" along the chest and fits a slim medium figure — the label reads "SMALL - REGULAR" — with sleeve lengths of 24" and a collar to hem of 30 inches.
